Sheet S-4: New 8x12 header and its supported columns: Please provide details to show how the new 8x12 beam and its support are supported for out-of-plane loads. 2nd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. It’s still unclear how the 8x12 beam is supported for out-of-plane. Structural CalculationExisting freestanding structures supporting new solid metal siding – Please provide wind analysis to justify the existing freestanding structures are sufficient to support the new solid screening/siding. State all assumptions. Please use wind design provision under the ASCE7-16 Standard. 2nd Review Comment: Could not locate information for the existing freestanding structures. Please review existing structures for added solid metal siding – check members and footing. State all assumption.
