Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714) 647-5839 or 647-5700.Sheet A1-1:Please specify building type of construction and whether it’s equipped with Fire Sprinkler or not. 2nd Review Comment: Plan indicated type ‘V’ construction. For clarity, please identify whether it’s type V-B or V-A?Provide a formal letter addressed to the Building Safety Division describing in detail the manufacturing process from material delivery, storage, handling, packaging, and shipping of finish product. Including an equipment list describing use in the process. 2nd Review Comment: Please submit plan along with the letter to the Fire Department for review and approval. On the plan, please show/provide detectable warning (truncated dome) between pedestrian walk (area) and vehicular area (parking area). Provide detail and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: The transition between the walk and the vehicular area – Please clarify if there were concrete curb between the walk and the parking (loading pay and access aisle). The truncated dome appeared to be located in the vehicular area. Please revise plan to provide truncate dome at the zero between the walk and the vehicular area. Sheet A2-1:Existing restrooms serving the space shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restroom plans and details to show conformance with Chapter 11B, Division 6.2nd Review Comment: Information provided was incomplete. Toilet paper dispenser – please show 7”-9” dimension, measured to the centerline of the dispenser. Provide detail for the grab bars showing elevation and locations. Show 60” clear space for the water closet, measured from wall to the edge of the lavatory. Show water closet elevationPlan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal and additional comment may be required. Additional plan fees may be required. 2nd Review Comment: 2nd floor plan – please clarify stairways direction (up vs. down). First floor plan – please specify the use of space located to the left of the restroom. Show access and exit for the space.
