The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A0.0Restrooms are part of the accessible path of travel in existing building. On the plan, please show/provide restrooms plans in building that subject to the improvement and show compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. And, provide an accessible route to the area of alteration/improvement. 2nd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. Please show floor clear space for the water closet. Provide details for grab bars (rear and side), and toilet paper dispenser. Show elevations for the water closets, lavatory, and all the accessories. Sheet A1.1:The proposed shade structure is considered a new structure. Please provide building code analysis to show compliance with the building allowable area per Chapter 5, and fire protection per Chapter 7 of the 2019 California Building Code. 2nd Review Comment:Either revise job description and plans to show/specify the shade (covered) structures will be under a separate permit application, or provide building code analysis to show compliance with the building allowable area per Chapter 5, and fire protection per Chapter 7, CBC.
