Refer to calgreen checklist item #6. Show compliance of light pollution reduction on plan.Structural: Refer to detail 5/S4.8. Provide calculation to justify 8” CMU wall and #6 @ 16” o.c. vertical reinforcement in the CMU stem wall. This detail shows the maximum CMU wall height is 7 feet. However, the calculation provided in the previous plan check response shows only 5 feet design height.Structural: Submit 2 copies of complete and updated structural calculation. Staple all pages and all added calculation in the plan check response in the same book for review and final approval.For trash enclosure (building permit 101103615):Architectural: Drawings shall be signed and dated by the architect in record near his/her stamp.Structural: Sheet S2.11. Provide lateral design and calculation on the loading dock structure on grid line 2:Please use the suitable R value for cantilever column system for lateral resisting system. (ASCE 7 Table 12.2-1). Design concrete grade beam to support the lateral force from cantilever steel columns. Light standard shall be UL listed. Provide UL number on the drawing.Architectural: Submit 2 copies of 8.5”x11” size light standard specification showing dimensions and weight of light assembly and light pole for structural plan review.Structural: Sheet E101. Provide structural calculation to verify light pole base detail 1. Design light pole connection to the concrete footing and design the concrete footing to support vertical and lateral forces. Calculation shall be prepared, stamped, dated and signed by a licensed civil, structural engineer or licensed architect.
