The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet A1: Please indicate on plan the pool is under a separate permit.
Sheet A1, Site plan: It’s not an enclosed patio. Please remove note indicate “Enclosure”.
Sheet A1, Building Summary: Plan must be legible. Please increase font size and contrast.
Sheet A1, Scope of Work: Please revise scope of work to exclude the new swimming pool.
Sheet A2: Please specify (N) Pool is under a separate permit.
Sheet A2: Please show distance setback between new patio wall and property line.
Sheet A2: The building cross-section callout were mislabeled. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly.
Sheet A2: BBQ shall not locate under a combustible construction (patio cover).
Sheet A3: On the plan, please specify roofing material and underlayment.
Sheet A3: On the plan, please provide/show roof drain and overflow at the new flat roof. Show location and provide details.
Section B-B/S-2: Please clearly ceiling finish material.
Portal wall:
On the plan, please specify ICC listing number.
Provide complete Simpson portal spec sheets on the plan.
Cantilever steel beam to steel column welding calculation: Please revise calculation include the moment due to the concentrated load at the end of the cantilever beam.
