If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections, if it was picked up. This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Are foods will be prepared and served on site? 2nd Review Comment: Foods will be prepared and served – Occupancy classification should be group A-2. Occupancy separation complying with Table 508.4 may be required. 2nd Review Comment: Due to change of occupancy, provide building allowable area analysis. Sheet AS.2 & AS3:Sheet A.100Full kitchen is proposed: Please clarify whether foods will be prepared and served on site. If foods will be prepared and served, please show dining/seating area. 2nd Review Comment: There was no permit record for the existing Lounge. It was permitted for an open office area. Change of use from an open office area to a dining area require occupant load calculation. Change of occupancy may be required. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide occupant load calculation. Occupancy classification shall comply with Chapter 3, CBC. Occupancy separation complying with Table 508.4 may be required.2nd Review Comment: Please provide allowable analysis complying with Chapter 5, CBC. Restrooms: Restrooms shall be accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restroom plans with all required dimensions and details to show compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. 2nd Review Comment: Due to the change of use and occupancy of the existing building, plumbing fixture calculation per Chapter 4 of the CPC is required. Additional plumbing fixtures may be required.
