Provide complete framing plan (dimensioned) to show existing roof rafters can take additional load from uplift. ( show number of attachment to each rafter)
Justify roof rafter to the wall connection can take the uplift load.
To pick up the marked –up plan, please contact the plancheck engineer for pick up appointment. To resubmit your drawings, you may drop them off Mon – Thurs from 9:00 am to 12 pm at the Southeast entrance of the city hall.
