- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100).Sheet T1. Revise scope of work to add structural framing alteration to this permit. (The structural alteration shown on sheet S1 and S2 require building permit).STRCUTURALSheet S1Provide structural calculation for roof framing alteration and connections shown on sheet S1.Provide specification for roof diaphragm. Specify the spacing between rafters to support the diaphragm. What is the space between three Lx6x3/8 FRP joists?Verify the diaphragm span does not exceed the maximum allowable span between rafters.Provide connection details to show load path for the lateral force originated from the roof diaphragm to the vertical lateral force resisting system (e.g. shear wall).
