Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet T100On the plan, please provide applicable codes: 2019 CBC, CEC, CMC, CPC, California Energy Code, and California Green Building Code. Site plan: for clarity, please specify property line (PL) on the site plan. Please show/provide an accessible path of travel from the public sidewalk to the building primary entrance and to the area of alteration. On the plan, please show/provide accessible parking stall(s) and an accessible route to the building entrance. Provide details. Accessible route shall be 5% maximum slope, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope, and 48” minimum wide. Show/provide detectable warning where required. Show distance between existing buildings on the same lot and setback from property line. Fire-rated wall and opening protection may be required. Scope of work: Please clarify whether new roof will be provided. Specify roofing material and listing number, if new roofing is provided. Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal and additional comment may be required. Additional plan check fee is required. Sheet A100: On the plan, provide wall legend for wall type. Please provide the following notes on the plan: Door hardware: Egress doors/gates shall be readily openable from the egress ide without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. (1010.1.9) Openable parts of such hardware shall be 34 inches minimum and 44 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground. The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum. Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. Structural calculation: The new calculations shall reference and comply with the 2019 CBC and applicable Standards. Please update formulas, design stresses, schedules and computer sheets as necessary.Sheet S1:Please revise notes and code references to reflect with the current code (2019 CBC) and Standards.Sheet S3: Roof Framing PlanPlease clarify whether new roof sheathing and new roofing will be provided. Detail 6/SD2 called out at gridline 3 was not applicable. Please coordinate and revise detail accordingly. Sheet S2:Existing footing, include exterior continuous footing and interior pad footings: On the plan, please specify minimum footing size and reinforcement for the exiting footing. Insufficient footing shall be replaced or underpinned accordingly.
