The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). PLAN CHECK COMMENTS: All sheets. Transpose all clouded area by hand-writing into the drawings. Sheet A-1.Add note to scope” Replace expired permit: 10193834”. Sheet A-1. Show/identify all property lines and north arrow on the site plan. Sheet A-2. Cross-reference the sheet number to all building sections and elevations. Show sheet number where the information can be found. Sheet A-2. No beams are provided on the ceiling in the bedroom 1 and bathroom. Remove the note. Sheet A-2. Provide landing design (1) in the rear porch outside the sliding door 8068 and (2) in the laundry outside the 2868 door. Revise plans to indicate that a landing, with a width not less than the width of door and length in the direction of travel of not less than 36 inches, will be provided on each side of doors. The elevation of landing shall not exceed 1 ½ inch difference than the threshold of the doorway (7 3/4 inch if door does not swing over the landing or steps) in each direction. STRUCTRUAL Provide footing design and detail to support the ridge beam #2 in the living room. Provide footing design and detail to support the ceiling beam and ridge beam #14 at the hallway.
