The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Please revise plan to show the 1/2 (half) address for the proposed ADU.
Sheet A-1: Scope of work – please include the demolition of the existing storage.
Sheet A-1: Plumbing fixture flow rate – Please revise notes to limit the laundry faucet and lavatory faucet to 1.2 gallon per minute.
Sheet A-1: Site plan – please show surface drainage away from all buildings. Show slope and pattern. Minimum 5% away from the building wall; 2% at impervious finish surface.
Please revise job address to the 1/2 (half) address for ADU.
Sheet A-2: Please provide/show a smoke alarm outside of the bedroom.
Sheet A-2: Please specify roofing material (existing and new).
On the plan, please show/provide attic access and vents.
