Sheet TI: On the plan, please provide the applicable codes – 2019 of California Residential Code, Building Code, Mechanical Code, Electrical Code, Plumbing Code, Energy Code and Green Building Code. New steps leading to the existing pool: Please show/provide pool safety barrier. Sheet A1.0 through A2.3: Standing seam roof: On the plan, please provide/specify ICC / UL listing report number. Stairways/steps: On the plan, please provide information for the stairways/steps. Show run (11” minimum) and rise (7.75” maximum) dimensions. Stairway with 4 or more risers shall be provided with handrails. Provide handrails not less than 34" or more than 38" above the nosing of tread. (R311.7.8.1) Guardrails: Please revise guardrails to show 42” minimum height. Provide construction detail for the stairways. Clearly cross-reference details onto the plan. Provide structural detail for the guardrails. Guardrails shall design to withstand a 200-lb force apply horizontally at top of guardrails.
