Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet T-1. Indicate the type of construction: VB and occupancy group: U for the proposed cell tower.Sheet A-1. On the site plan, indicate the location of the accessible building entrances in the rear of the building.Sheet A-1. Indicate how many on-site parking spaces are provided.Sheet A-1. Provide accessible van and car parking spaces per CBC Table 11B-208.2. Provide an addendum to section 5.2 from soils engineer to update seismic design parameters in accordance with 2019 version of California Building Code.Structural calculation for pole footing embedment. Per soils report page 5 under lateral loading table. Footnote shows that the lateral resistance within the upper 5 feet of the soils shall not be taken into account. Please review and/or revise calculation and detail 2/PF2 for sufficient footing embedment into soils.Sheet FP2. Detail 2. The embedment depth is 30 feet minimum per soils report recommendation in the report section 4.1 based on a 5-feet diameter drilled shaft. It is only 18.5 feet embedment shown on the structural detail and structural calculation. If the structural engineer has an alternative footing design that does not match soils report recommendation, please consult with soils engineer and obtain approval.Submit a signed and stamped letter from the soils engineer indicating that he/she has reviewed the foundation plan of the monopine (sheet FP2) and concurs that the plans are in conformance with the soils report recommendations.
