Second Floor keynote #1: Deck exposed to weather and seal underneath shall be waterproof. On the plan, please specify manufacturer’s name and ICC report number of the waterproofing material.Provide structural framing plan and details for the replaced exterior deck and sheathing. Show deck framing and specify sheathing thickness and nailing schedule. Provide details and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. Second Floor Keynote #4: Please provide structural detail for the replaced floor sheathing and blockings. Specify floor sheathing thickness and nailing schedule. Second Floor: Detail A-4/1 called out at the window was not applicable. Please coordinate and revise detail reference accordingly.
