Please provide building code analysis to show compliance with the building allowable area per Chapter 5, and fire protection per Chapter 7 of the 2019 California Building Code. 2nd Review Comment: Either revise job description and plans to show/specify the shade (covered) structures will be under a separate permit application, or provide building code analysis to show compliance with the building allowable area per Chapter 5, and fire protection per Chapter 7, CBC. 3rd Review Comment:The information provided was incomplete. There are existing buildings on the same lot and adjacent to the proposed structure. The allowable area calculation/analysis shall consider the building area of the existing buildings.
