Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-0.00:Occupancy groups: Please clarify what type of ‘S’ occupancy classification of the proposed T.I. 2nd Review Comment: Occupancy separation complying with Table 508.4 is required between S-1 and S-2. Please reclassify occupancy groups or provide occupancy separation. Sheet A-1.01:Accessible route: referenced to the prior approved permit was insufficient. Please show an accessible route from the public sidewalk to the building primary entrance; and from the accessible parking stall(s) to the building entrance. 2nd Review Comment:Enlarged plan 2 on sheet A-1.01 – Please provide the following: Accessible ramp – Provide minimum 72” (6’-0”) intermediate landing of ramp, measured in the travel downward direction. Detectable warning (truncated dome) shall be provided along the “zero” curb face adjacent to the vehicular area. (See marked-up for location). New gate: Please provide detail for new gate, include size, elevation, hardware, smooth surface on the push side, etc. Structural Review Comment:Provide roof and ceiling framing plans. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet S-2.2, Girder Reinforcing Schedule – Please increase font size to be legible. Provide structural slab and details for the ground-mounted equipment.2nd Review Comment: Provide structural calculation and detail for the ground-mounted equipment (condensers).
