All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).The proposed electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) shall comply with Section 11B-228.3. The EVCS shall be located on an accessible route complying with 11B-812.4. The vehicle space shall comply with 11B-812.6. Access Aisle shall comply with 11B-812.7, including marking. Identification signs shall comply with 11B-812.8. Surface marking shall comply with 11B-812.9. Operable parts and charging cord storage shall comply with 11B-309. Etc. Provide attachment/anchor detail for the charging equipment.
