Please revise plan accordingly. 4th Review Comment: Infilled wall – Exterior wall shall be noncombustible construction. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Please clarify what is the small room in the VEG Room 1 (adjacent to the stairway). 3rd Review Comment: No response provided. Please provide structural calculation and details for the new opening at the existing exterior concrete wall. 4th Review Comment: Please provide structural calculation and details for the wall opening. Check existing wall for in-plane shear and out-of-plane loads. Please provide roof plan and framing information to show location of new roof top units and its support. Structural calculations are provided with the submittal package. Please clarify whether the structural improvements are part of this permit application or they are provided for reference only.
