The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet A2: The building cross-section callout were mislabeled. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly.
2nd Review Comment: Section 3/A2 – Please revise section to show/provide concrete curb at the patio wall.
Portal wall:
On the plan, please specify ICC listing number.
Provide complete Simpson portal spec sheets on the plan.
2nd Review Comment: Portal Frame with Hold-down (PFH) did not comply with Section 2308.6.5.2. Maximum Shear Wall Aspect Ratio shall comply with Table 4.3.4.
