Sheet A: Project Description: Please revise projection description to specify Convert attached garage to ADU and add 109 sf to consist of (1) bathroom, kitchen, bedroom/livingroom area. Sheet A2.1: One hour fire-rated wall is required between the existing residence and new ADU. On the plan, please specify one-hour wall and provide detail construction of the one-hour fire-rated wall. Detail shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. New laundry room: Common use area shall be separated from the existing house by a one-hour fire-rated wall. Please show one-hour fire-rated wall. Provide detail. Common use area shall be separated from the new ADU and bathroom by a one-hour fire-rated wall. Please provide detail. Please show infilled wall at existing garage door as new wall. Sheet A3.1: Please show/specify roof pitch (slope). A minimum roof pitch of 2:12 is required for shingle roof.
