The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Sheet A-2:
Please provide building cross-sections to show building envelope including wall, floor and roof insulations. Coordinate with Title 24 calculation.
2nd Review Comment: Please show location of basement and basement walls. Please coordinate with structural design where new structural walls/footings are located adjacent to existing basement wall.
Structural Review Comment:
Foundation: Please coordinate with architectural plan for location of existing basement wall. Please check existing basement walls and footing for superimposed load from the new addition. Provide detail and calculation.
