If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - School District Compliance Certificate; a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of work. Refer to the attached handout. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlan check fees were underestimated. Additional plan check fees may be required. Apply to other two addresses (2426 and 2416 S. Broadways Street) as well. Sheet A1.1:Please provide Sheet Index. Subject Building(s) Data: Please include the existing tilt-up building information: Occupancy groups, Type of Construction, and Floor area. Please Building Code Analysis for the allowable building area in compliance with Chapter 5. Buildings on the same lot shall comply with Section 705.3 or Exception 1 may be considered. Show distance setback between the property lines and buildings. Fire-resistance rating requirement for the exterior wall based on the fire separation distance shall comply with Table 602. On the plan, please show fire-rated wall and provide wall construction for the fire-rated wall assembly. No openings shall be permitted where exterior wall located less than 3-ft from the property line. Table 705.8. Parapets shall be provided on exterior walls of the building per Section 705.11. Parapets construction shall comply with Section 705.11.1. The 79 sq.ft and 103 sq.ft. sheds: the building shall not build over a property line. Fire-rate wall and parapet are required at wall adjacent to the property line. Accessibility RequirementOn the plan, please provide accessible parking stall and an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking to the building accessible primary entrance. Parking spaces shall comply with 11B-502. At least one van parking space is required. Show provide an accessible route from the existing building to the proposed building. Accessible route shall be 5% slope maximum, 2% cross-slope and 48” wide minimum. Detectable warnings shall be provided where required per Section 11B-247.1.2. On the plan, please provide/show restrooms and show restrooms in compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6 for persons with disabilities. Provide restroom plans and details. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Sheet A1.2:On the plan, please provide accessible parking stall and an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking to the building accessible primary entrance.Dust collection tower located on the property: Please relocate the dust collection tower to the same lot with the serving building. Mechanical ducts and equipment shall not cross a property line. Detached metal building: Please provide floor plan for the metal building show walls, wall openings, dimensions, etc. Please specify the use of the space. Please apply this comment to the other two addresses (2426 S. Broadway St., and 2416 S. Broadways St.)Sheet A2.1A:Please show floor dimensions for the attached structures. Building shall not build across a property line. Coordinate with architectural plans and comments. Sheet S1:Please verify dimensions with the architectural floor plan. Plan must be legible. Please increase font size – provide additional sheets as necessary.
