Plans resubmitted without the red markup set may result in delayed review time and additional plancheck fees.Provide a minimum of 18 inches high platform for water heater and FAU or other gas appliance located in the garage. (CMC 307.1) Provide protection from auto impact for water heaters located in the garage. (CMC 307) Show windows that are replaced per code enforcement citation for both units .please show existing and new windows size , style to comply with CBC 2019.
