Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by the Public Works Agency (647-5039)ARCHITECTURALContact Building permit staff to schedule an appointment for plans resubmitting and process new shade structure permit application. A separate permit number will be assigned to it. Plan check fee will apply. Please contact Evelyn LaRocca at 714-647-5856.Sheet A-0.0. Add new shade structure (in common area) to the scope of work with the square footage.Sheet A-9.0 and A-9.1. Revise U-factor and SHGC value in the window and door schedule for new windows and glazed doors within the building envelope. Provide vertical support for the 2-2x10 and 2x10 (RB-3) hip at the connection point with the ridge. The location is clouded with detla 3, but it is not clear how those member are supported and connected.Structural page 127 through page 130. Grid line 1, 4, and line 5. Specify and detail hardware to resist uplift force at each end of the shear wall where uplift force occurs.Sheet S1.1 and S1.2. Show all missing holdowns on grid line 1.Sheet S1.2. Holdown location shall be at each end of each shearwall segment. Revise foundation plan on grid line 4 and line 5.Cross-reference the 4x10 beam in structural calculation page BD-2 into framing plan.Sheet S1.2 Grid line 6. Provide and design a continuous footing to support the 13 feet long shear wall. Cross-reference the anchorage connection details to plan.Sheet S2.1 and S1.1. Coordinate with the architect for the front deck design for the dimensions and materials. The deck and the steps appears to be new.
