Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Separate mechanical drawings from building plan check submittal package OR add a note “reference only” on each sheet of the mechanical plan.Provide a simple site plan including:Show the size, use, occupancy, and type of construction of the existing buildings on the site.Show location of the new AC units.Location and address of the tenant space within the building.Sheet S101 through S104. Specify on plan the new curb/rail weight AND total weight for new units: AC-2B, AC-2C and AC-2D.Sheet S101 through S104. Show demising walls and location of each tenant with address on plan. The AC units are located on top of the multiple tenants in this building.Per mechanical sheet M.102, the curb/rail weighs 2500#. However, in the calculation, it is only design for 1718# on page 3. Please review and clarify.Refer to mechanical sheet M0.02, the curbs are 1875# or 2500 # for all new units. However, the structural plans (Sheet S101 through S104) showing only 1718 # and design for 1718# on page 3. Please clarify the structural drawings and review and revise the structural calculation and design for unit anchorage and justify the existing structural framing and foundation to support the increased weight. Please clearly response.Per item #10, revise and clarify structural calculation page 2. The total new unit assembly weight appears heavier than the existing one.Incorporate detail D1, D1.1, D1.2, D1.3 and S-01.22-22S from structural calculation into structural drawings.Note that if retrofitting existing building structure to support the new AC units is needed, separate building permit will be required for each tenant suite.
