The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700).
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Sheet C-1.0:
For clarity, please provide operation information for the cannabis facility.
Please provide water tank and C02 tank dimensions and capacity (diameters, heights, gallon, weight with and whiteout contents etc.) on the plan.
Please show dimensions of concrete pads on the plan – drawn to scale.
Sheet A-1.0:
Title Block: Please update applicable codes and module codes to the current code edition.
Please provide tanks specification and cut-sheets on the plan.
Water tank: 4 anchor bolts appeared insufficient. Please coordinate with structural calculation and revise plan accordingly.
Water tank anchorage detail: Please specify minimum embedment of the anchor bolts.
Structural Calculation:
Storage tanks: Please provide lateral calculations when tanks are empty.
Provide anchorage calculation in concrete in accordance with Chapter 17 of ACI 318.
Foundation and attached element shall design with impulsive and convective (sloshing) effects. (ASCE7-16, Section 15.7.6.1)
Seismic design: Please use R factor of 3.0
Please revise plans and details as necessary.
