The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.

Please revise shear wall length to align with the actual wall length. Revise calculation and plan.
Detail 1/S2 called out for HDU5 holddown was not applicable. Please revise detail accordingly.
MSTM60, Detail 1/S2: Please provide calculation for the strap hold-down and provide manufacturer’s approval for wood-to-footing connection.
