Submit the structural framing plan, foundation plan, connection details and structural calculation for the canopy. Remove notes that indicate canopy structure as deferred submittal on all plans. Show the size, use, occupancy, and type of construction of all existing buildings on the site. Show all interior assumed lot lines, any designated flood plains, open space easements or development-restricted areas. Width of front, rear, and side yards. Clear width is measured from property line to building face or edge of floor overhang or edge of overhang of usable space below roof, canopy, porch, or covered walks. CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1, All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.On the site plan shall indicate how the site grading or drainage system will manage all surface water flows to be diverted away from proposed canopy in accordance with all applicable codes. If not, the engineer in record shall provide a statement on plan, stating that the proposed canopy will not alter the existing site drainage pattern.Please note that future demolition permit will be required for removing purposed canopy.Building plan check comments:Building plan check is pending due to the unclear scope of work and incomplete submittals.
