If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Architect of record shall stamped, signed and dated on each sheet of plans. Sheet A0.1: Please note on plan: Every Cannabis Business shall implement adequate ventilation system and odor control filtration measures to prevent odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility, to include building and the unit. A licensed Mechanical engineer shall design the system that is capable of preventing odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility. Note on plan: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing are not part of this plan review and approval. MEP are under separate permit application. Project Information: Please specify Occupancy Groups for the proposed T.I.Please specify the building floor area (in square feet). Please provide allowable building analysis base on the building type of construction and occupancy groups. Please omit/remove note indicated “For Plan Review Only Not For Construction”. Apply to all sheets. Sheet A1.0: Future additions/works that’s not part of this permit application should be omitted/deleted from plan. Works without a building permit shall be legalized or removed prior to tenant improvement building permit issuance. On the plan, please show/provide accessible parking space and an accessible path of travel to the building accessible entrance. Provide details. Accessible path of travel shall be 5% maximum slope, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope, and 48” minimum wide. Show/provide detectable warning complying with 11B-705.1.1 and 11B-705.1.2.2, where required by Section 11B-247.1.2. Sheet A1.2: Future additions/works that’s not part of this permit application should be omitted/deleted from plan. Works without a building permit shall be legalized or removed prior to tenant improvement building permit issuance. Restrooms should be located at an area that can be accessible without entering into an office room. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly.Please clearly referend to sheet A6.1 for door schedule. Exiting Plan / Egress PlanPlease provide an egress (exiting) plan in compliance with Chapter 10. Provide occupancy calculation and means of egress. Show travel distance.Show exit signs and tactile exit signs. A readily visible durable sign posted on the egress side on or adjacent to the main exit door stating: “THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THIS SPACE IS OCCUPIED”, is required. (1010.1.9.4)All required exits shall be continuous to a public way. Show on plan.Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal and addition comments may be required. Sheet A1.3: On the plan, please show roof access. Sheet A4.1:Accessible restrooms: Please show door not encroachmore than 12” into the 60” turning circle. The turning space is encountered with the water closet – Please show minimum clear toe clearance under the water closet. Detail 2: Please show side wall grab bar extended minimum 24” beyond the front edge of the water closet – show dimension. Ceiling plan:Please provide ceiling plan and construction details. Details shall be clearly cross-reference onto the plan. Roof framing Plan:Provide roof framing plan and provide structural calculation and details for the proposed roof top units. New walls: Provide construction details for new walls. Show stud sizes, attachment details at top and bottom, etc. Details shall clearly cross-referenced onto the plan.
