Specify on plan: 50 square inch minimum size permanent plaques installed in conspicuous locations, showing the maximum permissible unit load in clear, legible print.Plan Cover Page Title: The application is for the interior storage racks – Please remove the statement “Tenant Improvement” on the Cover page. Plan Title Block on right hand side: Please remove “Tenant Improvement” statement and replace with “Storage Racks” to reflect with the permit application. Apply to all sheets (G-100, G-002, G-004, A1.0)Plans shall be signed and dated by the responsible designer. Otherwise, provide anchor calculation for the Type Handstack racks. Periodic special inspection is required during the anchorage of access floors and storage racks 8’ or greater in height in structures assigned to Seismic Design Category D, E or F.Reminder: Final plan and calculation shall be stamped, signed and dated by the engineer of record.
