The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Sheet A-1:
It’s an ADU (not an Junior ADU) – Please revise job address to show half address (2010 1/2 Tamy Lane). Apply to all sheets.
Sheet A-2:
Wall between two living units shall be protected with a minimum one-hour fire-rated wall. Please clearly show on plan and provide construction detail and clearly cross-reference detail onto the plan.
2nd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. One layer of 5/8” type ‘X’ gypsum board shall be provided on each side of wall (both sides) – please revise floor keynote #2 and detail 2/A3 to show 5/8” type ‘X’ on both sides of wall, extended to roof sheathing.
