Provide structural design and detail for top bracing of the fire-barrier wall to the roof framing. It is referred to “see structural”, but no information is provided.Provide dimensions on the floor plan to verify the square footage of the tenant space (2267sf per your application).PC2: Provide dimensions on the demising walls. Note that the square footage of the portion neighbor tenant (409 sf) plus the 2033 tenant space (409 sf +2267 sf = 2676 sf) does not match the overall dimension (70’-1”x 40’-5.5”=2835)Show proposed ceiling height on the reflected ceiling plan.Detail 1/A401.
