Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-0: Scope of Work: Please clearly specify “WORKS FOR SPECULATIVE SUITE ONLY; NOT FOR OCCUPANCY. A SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT (T.I.) PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR TENANT OCCUPANCY.”Note on plan: Mechanical, electrical and plumbing must be removed and properly cap and covered. Sheet ST-1:Enlarged detail 1 & 2: Truncated dome provided at the rear of parking access aisle are noncompliance – Please remove existing truncated domes provided at the parking access aisle.
