Provide structural calculations for the lift, the structural connection between the lift and the foundation, and the foundation. Consider gravity and seismic loading for the car lifted with a vehicle lifted at the highest position (worst case scenario).Detail one on sheet A2 shows a post installed anchor design. The ICC report for the anchor bolt was provided. However, structural design of the anchor bolt, base plate, and foundation are missing.Detail one on sheet A2 indicates the concrete compressive strength (fc’) of 3000 psi. use fc’ of 2,500 psi unless a soils report supports the value of 3000 psi.Provide a third-party listing for the car lift.Specify the model of these lifts on the plan (XPR-10S, 10AS, 10XLS, or 10 AXLS).Approval LetterThe first paragraph of the approval letter indicates the car lift is designed in accordance with the 2019 California Building Code and the ASCE7-16 load requirements. Provide design criteria, analysis, and design of the lift, structural connection to foundation, and foundation design for the lift.The third paragraph of the approval letter indicates the required concrete thickness and anchor bolt embedment shall exceed the manufacturer’s recommendation. Page 33 of the manual is referenced, but it does not show any information regarding to the concrete thickness and anchor bolt embedment information.The fourth paragraph of the approval letter indicates the expansion anchor model Hilti – KBTZ is specified. Provide structural design calculation.
