The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.Sheet 1. Show distance from the edge of the new patio roof to the side property lines. Sheet 3. Show minimum 6’-8” vertical clearance from the bottom of the 6x8 beam to the concrete slab surface. Sheet 3. Clarify the patio height. Plan shows 514’-7”? Sheet 3. Design and specify reinforcement, thickness and depth of the concrete spread footing at the column base detail. Staple or incorporate page 1 and page 2 of the structural calculation into the submitted drawings. The information on those pages such as construction material and design loads are needed to this project. It is between 9 am and 12 pm from Monday through Thursday (No Friday). No appointment is needed.
