If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).

Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Sheet A1:
Please revise job address to show half (1/2) address for the proposed ADU. Apply to all plan sheets.
Sheet A2:
One-hour fire-rated wall: Please construction detail to show one-hour fire-rated wall assembly. Details shall be clearly cross-reference onto the plan.
Please show smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in the existing house in accordance with Section R314 & R315, respectively.
Sheet A4:
Building Section: On the plan, please show fire-rated wall extended from concrete slab to the underside of the roof sheathing.
Building Section: Please show building insulation (Wall and ceiling) per Title 24 Calculation.
Sheet S1:
Detail 3/S1: Please coordinate with architectural detail to show complete one-hour fire-rated wall between two units. The 5/8” type ‘X’ gypsum board shall be provided on both sides of wall.
