If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet TI-A2.2: Plumbing fixture note B, C, Z2, etc.: Please revise notes to reference to the correct details and sheet number for the applicable information. On the plan, please show dimensions for the accessible water closet compartment, and show minimum clearance in front of the water closet. Please revise plan to provide minimum 44” clear access to the restroom. Please clearly reference to Sheet TI-A0.3.3 for accessibility details. Referenced detail 9/TI2-AD.2: Detail B referred to detail 12/AD.6 for top of wall support and bracing detail was not applicable. Please coordinate and revise detail reference. Sheet TI-A2.3: Reflect Ceiling: Please provide ceiling frame and details for the hard ceiling over the restroom. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan.
