All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSheet A1: On the plan, please provide/specify (UL/ICC) listing number for the spray booth. 2nd Review Comment: The Spray booth shall be a listed product/unit. On the plan, please provide a manufacturer’s name and UL, ICC or Intertek listing number for the spray booth. Sheet M4 & M5: Please provide calculation for the V807M anchorage and footing supporting the equipment. New footing may be required. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide the following: Please provide anchorage detail for the V807M. Please clearly show/specify the amount of bolts are required for each side of the V807M unit. The weight of the unit is 16,750 lbs. The 5” thick concrete slab would not be sufficient to support the unit. Please provide new equipment concrete pad to support the unit. Provide foundation design and details. Reminder:Final plans and calculation shall be stamped, signed, and dated by the engineer of record.
