The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. - School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. Sheet T-1: Engineering stamp and signature shall not be copied. Please re-stamp signed and dated the plans. Apply to all plan sheets. Please specify the minimum size of Photovoltaic system (PV) in Kilowatt, and specify Photovoltaic (PV) system will be submitted under a separate permit application and will be installed prior to building final inspection signoff. Please revise job address to the correct address (1417 1/2 S. Garnsey Street). Apply to all sheets. Site Drainage plan: Please show water flow away from the existing garage and main house as well. Please add new swale to direct water flow away from all building and continue to the front yard of the property. Sheet A-2: Cool roof is required. On the plan, please specify cool roof and provide CRRC #. Sheet A-3: Detail 4/D1 called out for entry porch columns: Please revise detail to show/provide concrete curb to support the column wall.
