If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit two (2)corrected sets of plans.All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer. CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).Footing: Please show/specify footing size and minimum depth. 2nd Review Comment: Footing dimensions were not shown on the footing detail. Please show footing dimensions and reinforcement (rebar) information on the footing detail. 3rd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. Please provide structural calculation for the light pole footing. The footing depth appeared understated and footing reinforcement called out was unclear. Please coordinate details with structural calculation. 4th Review Comment: The calculation provided on sheet E-6 was incomplete. Please provide calculation for the footing embedment under the soil per Chapter 18. Please see design formula below. Show dimension of concrete footing standoff above the finish grade. 2nd Review Comment: Dimension was not shown on the detail. Please comply. 3rd Review Comment: the concrete stand off above grade dimension was not shown. Please revise plan accordingly. Final plans and calculation shall be stamped, signed and dated by the engineer of record.Additional plan check fee may be required after the third resubmittal and thereafter.
