The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
- School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by
the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work.
PLAN CHECK COMMENTSPlease fill out part 1 (project information) of the school fee application form and return with next submittal package. A copy of the form is attached with this correction letter and also in the plan check notice email.PC2: Not resolved. No Form is submitted.The architectural designer or architect shall sign ALLarchitectural plans.
Sheet A1.1. Show 30-inch clear width for water closet compartments and 24-inch clearance in front of a water closet. (plan shows 36”x24” around the water closet is not correct)
Sheet A1.4. Specify ICC approval number: ESR-1475(not AC-438)forasphalt shingle roof coverings on plan.
Sheet A1.4. Callout attic vent locations, sizes and types on plans. (CRC R806.2)
PC2: Design is incorrect. Please have the architect who prepares the plans contact Wayne Lee @ 714-647-5848 to discuss this item.
Please note that the plan review expiration date is 4/1/2021. Revised plans shall be and obtain approval prior to the expiration date. This plan check may not be extended.
