Submit a review letter by soils engineerand incorporate any requirements and recommendations into the plans. A review letter was not submitted during this review. It is required prior to plan check approval.
The soils report has updated the minimum embedment for isolated spread footing to 24 inches. However, the plan shows the footing embedment shall match the exterior footing, which is only 18 inches deep. Please revise plan.
Plan 2A. Sheet S-2.3. Clarify the exterior shear wall detail on line 1. It appears that detail 4/SD3 does not apply at that location.
