If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet CS-1:Building Data: Please provide floor area for the entire building per floor. On the plan, please show/provide an accessible route from the public sidewalk to the front door (South elevation). Provide details for ramp and handrails. Plumbing Fixture calculation: Drinking fountains and at least one service sink are required. Please coordinate and revise plans accordingly. Please note on plan: All interior finish shall comply with the 2019 California Green Building Code.Sheet A-1:Drinking fountains are required per Plumbing code. Please show/provide drinking fountains and show compliance with accessibility Section 11B-602. Private Restroom in the executive office shall be accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restroom plan to show compliance with 11B-Divison 6. On the plan, please show/provide at least one service sink as required by the Plumbing Code. Sheet A-3: Detail 10: please revise detail to provide additional bracing for the vertical member on the right side.
