All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700)Please pick up submitted plans to address the corrections marked on the drawings. The marked up set must be return to Building Division together with corrected plans. Submit a letter addressed to the Building Safety Division describing in detail the manufacturing process from material delivery, storage, handling, packaging, and shipping of finish product. Include an equipment list describing use in the process.New separate permit is required for new pallet storage racks:A new permit number is created for new storage racks: 101106245. Please contact Allissa Zuniga at 714-647-5854 to complete the storage rack submittal prior to storage rack plan review.Provide cost for labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application.Add note to scope of work: new pallet storage racks are under separate permit number: 10106245.Each sheet of the architectural and structural plans must bear the signatures and registration of an architect or engineer registered in the State of California.Floor plan of the building is required to show location of storage racks and to differentiate between all types of proposed storage racks. Floor plan must also show aisle widths and exiting scheme from the building in which storage racks will be placed.Structural plans, details, and calculations are required for the construction of storage racks.Sheet A2.0. Tactile characters on signs shall be located 48 inches minimum above the finish floor or ground surface, measured from the baseline of the lowest Braille cells and 60 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground surface, measured from the baseline of the highest line of raised characters.
