The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. - School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. -Grading Permit. Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by the Public Works Agency (647-5039). Sheet A1: Reminder: Please revise job address using half address for the proposed ADU. Apply to all sheets. Sheet A2: Wall located less than 5-ft from the property line shall be constructed with a one-hour fire-rated assembly. Please show one-hour wall and provide detail of one-hour wall assembly. 2nd Review Comment: Referenced detail 11/AD1 – Please revise detail to specify 7/8” thick stucco on the exterior side of wall. Structural Review Comment: Structural framings may be change due to the architectural revisions per comments above. Structural plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Additional comments may be required. 2nd Review Comment: 2x6 wall studs are required for wall height more than 10-ft. Please revise sheet S1 to show 2x6 wall with 6x headers.
