Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)Sheet T1:Final plan shall be signed and dated by the responsible designer. Apply to all sheets.Occupancy group: on the plan, please specify the occupancy groups for the proposed space. On the plan, please show an accessible path of travel from the public sidewalk, and from the accessible parking to the building entrance. Accessible path of travel shall have slope not more than 5%, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope, and 48” minimum width. Please show curb ramp and detectable warning (truncated dome) along the accessible route, where required. On the plan, please show accessible parking space(s) serving the proposed T.I. space. Provide details to show required dimensions, marking and signage. Sheet A1: On the plan, please provide occupant load calculation for the proposed T.I space. Occupant load factor of 15 for unconcentrated (tables and chairs) area, and 5 for standing area. Pre area should be visual to person on a wheelchair. Please revise low wall section detail to show 2x4 wall at 34” height maximum. The sneezeguard should be transparent.Please specify 2019 code edition. New wall for the storage room should be a full height wall. Wall legend referenced to Section #1 appeared incorrect. On the plan, please provide/specify door schedule for existing and new (exterior and interior doors), including door hardware. Please provide the following notes: Egress doors/gates shall be readily openable from the egress ide without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. (1010.1.9)Openable parts of such hardware shall be 34 inches minimum and 44 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground. The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum. Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist.A readily visible durable sign posted on the egress side on or adjacent to the main exit door stating: “THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THIS SPACE IS OCCUPIED”, is required. (1010.1.9.4)Please show dimension for the opening leading to the prep area. Reminder: Plan shall draw to scale. Please provide/show maneuver space complying with Section 11B-404.2.4 at each door, including entry door. Sheet A3: Accessible restroom: Detail shall be site specific Please show clear space in front of the water closet. Please show water closet located at 17”-18” from the adjacent sidewall, measured from the centerline of the water closet. Please lavatory located at 18” from the wall, measured from the centerline of the fixture. Single accommodated restroom shall be provided with the following symbol on the door. Storage room: Please relocate the desk/furniture for 5-ft clear with 18” pass the door strike edge, on the pull side of door.
