The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). Show roof slope. Show ICC number for the roll-on asphalt roofing. Indicate occupancy group: U on the cover sheet. Correct project address on the title block on all sheets to “403 N Susan St”. Show on the elevation that change in level not exceeding ¼ inch between pavilion finish floor and the accessible route surface. Show on the elevation that minim 80 inch clearance is required, measured from finish floor and the bottom of the lowest beam. Structural plans to be stamped, signed and dated by the license engineer. Update lateral design structural calculation in accordance with ASCE 7-16 and 2019 CBC. Insufficient edge and end distance of the concrete grade beam for WSW anchor bolts shown on the foundation plan. Provide design and detail for concrete grade beams supporting prefabricated shear panels. The minimum edge and corner distance for anchorage of hold-down bolts shall be design in accordance with CBC 1908.1.9 & ACI Appendix D, Section D.3.3.4 and D3.3.5 or sheet WSW1. Specify dimension of the footing on the foundation plan (width, length, thickness, depth, reinforcement…).
