Remove “not for construction” notes on the drawing title block.Sheet G001. Scope-of-Work: Show the complete and detailed Scope-of-Work on the plans per the permit application, including the location, nature and extent of the work proposed.Sheet G001. Revise type of construction: IIIBSheet G001. Revise occupancy group: A3/B/M/S1.Sheet G001. Design shall comply with 2019 CBC and ASCE 7-16. Drawings, layout plan and calculations required to complete plan check. Shall be wet stamped and signed by a Registered Design Professional and must be reviewed and accepted by the Project Engineer or Architect with stamp and wet signature.Sheet A301. Cross-reference applicable details into wall section #1. Show correct detail number in the reference bubble.Per justification letter shown in the building permit set (101105140), the architect in record indicates the exterior walls are concrete walls to classify as Type IIIB building (permit #101105140).ALL exterior wall shall be constructed as either noncombustible material or fire-retardant treated wood. However, on the plan, the architectural detailson A301 and structural detailson S200 show non-rated wood construction. If non-rated wood construction occurs, then building cannot be classified as type IIIB and must revise the current building permits for suite A and B and re-design the entire project as type VB. Please clarify on the drawing.Please provide detailed response in writing from both architect and engineer in record.Design shall be consistent on the drawing and field.Detail E/201. Please check the combined loading V+T to the anchorage and specify proper anchorage to the existing concrete or wood framing.Sheet S100. Specify vapor retarder and capillary break below the new concrete slab on foundation plan.Sheet S300 detail 10. Specify type, spacing and embedment of the metal stud anchorage at the exterior wall. The design refers to shear wall schedule which is not available.
