All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Sheet C1, J1, J2 and J3: Please provide job address on the plan. Sheet C1: The plan shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a licensed civil/structural engineer. Sheet J1, J2 and J3: Please submit roof and floor framing layout to the engineer of record for review and approval. The engineer of record should “review” the stamp the layout plans for general conformance with the building design parameters. Reminder and for information: Any changes to the approved set of plans shall be submitted to the City as Revision for review and approval.
