Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Orange County Sanitation District (714) 593-5756PLAN CHECK CORRECTIONSOn the site plan, Show all demising walls AND suite number AND occupancy for each tenant space.PC2: Update the suite number and location to match proposed building after units are merged to unit A and unit B. Clarify what the dashed line for. Clarify where does the 2-hour rating within unit A apply. The 2-hour fire-rated wall between dispensary and inventory (107) was not on the approved plan (101105140)If the proposed 2-hour fire barrier is proposed under the revision A permit (101106296), attach the floor plan (add note” for reference”)to show the fire assembly wall will be added under the revision permit.Per conversation with the architect in record, Aric, the type of construction may be reclassified from IIIB to VB. Please clarify type of construction on plan before resubmittal.
